Tell us where you're at; we'll figure out the right fit together.WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DOGeneral ledger — reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close, with increasing autonomy as you prove it out.AP and/or AR processes end to end, not just process transactions someone else designed.

Dig into discrepancies and trends yourself — we want people who investigate, not just flag and forward.

Support audit and tax prep as a real point of contact, not a document-fetcher.

Find the broken process and fix it — ERP optimization, better controls, tighter procedures.

Work directly with leadership on ad-hoc analysis that actually shapes decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A Bachelor's in Accounting and 2–6+ years of progressively responsible experience — the range is wide on purpose.
• Excel fluency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, real analysis, not just formatting cells).ERP experience — NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or Oracle; NetSuite is a plus.
• An eye for the detail everyone else missed, and the accountability to own it when something slips.CPA candidacy or active pursuit of licensure is a plus
