This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic operational leader to play a pivotal role in transforming and developing a major distribution site while driving sustainable business growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders, you'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, lead change, and build a high-performing operation that is ready to support future growth.
As the Warehouse & Logistics Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead the strategic development of the Kilkenny operation, ensuring it continues to evolve as a best-in-class logistics hub. You'll identify opportunities to optimise warehouse and transport operations, maximise site capacity, improve service delivery, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

We're looking for a commercially minded operations leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll have a proven track record of delivering operational improvements, leading change programmes, and developing successful teams within a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment.
You will bring:
Proven leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, transport, or supply chain operations.
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer expectations, operational performance, and financial objectives.
Experience optimising warehouse and transport processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
Desirable:
Transport Manager CPC or a relevant logistics, transport, or supply chain qualification.
Experience within large-scale distribution, FMCG, manufacturing, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies.
