Contemporano – supplying custom cabinetry to cabinet makers, retailers and trade partners.
Interno – creating beautifully designed bespoke kitchens and interior spaces for homeowners & designers.
We're now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to become a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving systems and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy manufacturing business.About the RoleReporting directly to the two Directors, you'll take responsibility for the daily operational performance of the business.
You'll work closely with every department—from Sales, CAD and Production through to Installation and Administration—to ensure projects flow smoothly, customers receive an exceptional experience and our team has everything they need to succeed.
More importantly, you'll become the central operational decision maker, allowing the Directors to focus on growing the business while remaining informed of significant issues and strategic decisions.

Managing production schedules and ensuring projects remain on time and on budget.
Working alongside our Production Managers to maximise efficiency and workflow.
Driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing and operational systems.
Leading and supporting our Health & Safety programme and promoting a positive safety culture.
Collaborating with Sales and CAD to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Monitoring operational performance and reporting meaningful insights to the Directors.
Playing an active role within our Senior Leadership Team to help shape the future of the business.About YouYou'll be an experienced operational leader who enjoys both the strategic and practical sides of running a manufacturing business.Ideally you'll havePrevious experience leading manufacturing or production operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
Excellent planning and organisational ability.A passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and job profitability.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
