Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support the daily logistics and supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will assist with inventory management, shipment coordination, documentation, and communication with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods. | Key Responsibilities | Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries. | Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, delivery notes, and logistics records. | Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and warehouse operations. | Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. | Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status. | Verify incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and report any discrepancies. | Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP or inventory management systems. | Assist with procurement, order processing, and distribution activities. | Support warehouse organization and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. | Prepare logistics reports and provide administrative support to the logistics department. | Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. | Requirements | High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. | Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain is an advantage. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. | Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. | Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. | Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. | Application Requirement | Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE and available to attend interviews in person.
