We are currently looking for an HR & Administrative Assistant Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who enjoys supporting both Human Resources and office administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare, process and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and employee lifecycle documents.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Pay
• Trax.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, visa-related documentation, and general HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Provide general administrative support, including managing office correspondence, filing, and document control.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and administrative purchases.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
• Mandatory working knowledge of SAP and Pay
• Trax.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
