Sales Executive – Personal loan / Credit Cards / Multi Products

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with strong UAE banking experience in Personal Loans (PL), Credit Cards (CC), and Multi Banking Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven incentive-earning track record, strong market connections, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and other retail banking products
• Acquire new customers through outbound sales, referrals, and existing networks
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals consistently
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE banking regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals
• Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Provide accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE banking sales experience (mandatory)
