General Manager/ Facilities

A well established and profitable Dubai company in facilities management, building management and security is looking for a General Manager to lead the business and drive its next stage of growth.

The owners are stepping back from the day to day and want one capable person to run the company and help shape where it goes next. This is a hands on role that combines winning new business with running the operation. You report directly to the owners and work alongside their external advisor on strategy and the business plan.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial side: win new business, build lasting client relationships, and own the growth target.
• Run day to day operations and quality, supported by a strong existing team and an operations lead.

What we are looking for

• Around 10 years of experience, including leading people and owning results.
• A track record of growing a business, not just maintaining one.
• Experience working in the GCC, and eligibility for a UAE work visa.
• Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Someone who likes building, not just minding.
