Lead end-to-end AVaaS program delivery, from solution design through transition to steady-state operations. Own SLA, KPI, service quality, and financial performance. Plan and execute service transitions while managing risks and dependencies. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and global delivery teams. Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level communication.

Ensure compliance with AV standards, security policies, and organizational requirements. Manage vendor performance and transition risks. Oversee event support, studio operations, and VIP executive support services. Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence. Top 5 Mandatory Skills

AVaaS / Enterprise AV Managed Services Program & Service Delivery Management SLA/KPI & Operational Governance Vendor/OEM Management Executive Stakeholder Management Preferred Certifications

PMP PRINCE2 ITIL Foundation or ITIL Intermediate Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 8-15+ years of experience managing enterprise AV managed services or AVaaS programs, with proven expertise in global service delivery, transition management, vendor governance, SLA/KPI ownership, and executive stakeholder management. Candidates with PMP and/or ITIL certification and experience supporting enterprise AV, conferencing, event, or collaboration services are especially strong fits.
