Job Title: Senior Scrum Master - Salesforce

Duration: Long Term
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master (Salesforce) with 10+ years of IT experience and a strong background leading Agile teams in enterprise environments.
📌 Role Overview: You’ll coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner closely with Product Owners, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
🔑 Key Requirements
10+ years IT experience
5+ years as a Scrum Master
Hands-on Salesforce project experience (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud)
Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban expertise
Experience managing multiple teams & enterprise CRM implementations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills
✨ Preferred Skills
CSM/PSM or Salesforce certifications
Experience with SAFe Agile framework.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado/Gearset
Experience in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare)
