Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and QA engineers, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create detailed process maps, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications documents.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops to ensure project deliverables meet business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
