- Evaluate, implement and support new developments/enhancements in ERPsystems including MUNIS, eGOV, eCivis, , Legistar, UKG, Brightly,

- Net. Knowledge of multiple modules/ of ERP systems a plus.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis of business requirements with ERP systems.
- Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios.
- Oversee implementation, coordinate and execute unit-test andintegration test scenarios in ERP systems.
- Provide support of integrated applications and processes outside ofthe ERP including interfaces, portals, bank downloads, etc.
- Evaluate and analyze new releases; recommend enhancements toexisting applications.
- Provide level II help desk support.
- Manage documentation (Process Design Documents, Work Step
- Instructions, and Configuration/System) and training system updates.
- Develop and provide user training as required.
- Develop functional specifications associated with systemenhancements RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,
- Forms, and Workflows) for ERP systems.
- Support business units including break/fix, how-to expertise, minorenhancements, monitoring and testing of the live financial businessrequirements.
- Work with other business process owners, end-users and project teammembers to effectively implement ERP implementations, customizationsand upgrades on schedule.
- Develop, maintain and provide technical expertise in order totransfer knowledge to other team members.Minimum and Preferred Entrance Qualifications****Education and Experience A bachelors degree in management information systems, Computer
- Science or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in systems analysis, configuration,and testing of enterprise applications.
