Supporting the Vii business and our clients, the Agile Business Analyst will translate strategies into IT and product initiatives, analyse customer business strategies and plans, processes and practices as well as industry trends and make recommendations in quantifiable terms on where IT/product changes could produce benefits such as enhanced productivity and improved decisions within our gift card program management and digital rewards ecosystem.

With a thorough understanding of business vision and context, the Agile Business Analyst transforms customer and business problems into solutions and validates the feasibility of the strategic objectives of the Product Owner/Squad Lead.

This includes gathering requirements, maintaining documentation, and delivering reporting solutions to ensure our B2B and B2C gift card successfully meet client expectations, financial compliance, and security standards.

The Agile Business Analyst proposes the CVP (Commercial Value Proposition) and business rules to ensure it is technically feasible for delivery, factoring cost to deliver and viability to ensure we focus on building the right features at the right time whilst also ensuring the acceptance criteria is adequately defined to ensure the overall quality of the solution delivered to the customer in order for the product owner to accept the work as done.

Passionate about customer innovation, and with a solid grasp of analytics, the Agile Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and defining improvements to features, customer and user journey mapping across the end-to-end gift card lifecycle, gathering information to make decisions, ensures quality assurance / test solutions and effectively communicates in detail how features and processes work to ensure successful implementation from a change management perspective.

• You’ll Have3+ years analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering or business
• Proven understanding and work experience in Agile methodologies and principles
• Experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering and documentation, development of functional and technical specs, and implementation.

Ability to develop current/ to-be processes; documentation of new business procedures and supporting wire frames.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving situations
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
