Information Technology Asset Manager

ICT Asset ManagerCapital Markets Dublin €70,000 – €80,000A leading financial services organisation is seeking a ICT Asset Manager to take ownership of ICT asset lifecycle management across a complex, regulated technology environment. This role sits within the 1st Line of Defence and plays a key part in enabling business and technology transformation across a fast-growing capital markets platform.

You will act as the central point of contact for ICT assets and technology delivery across business evolution projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and a global parent organisation.

This is a hands-on, influential role combining technology governance, vendor management, and application integration within a highly regulated environment.

Your Role

Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ICT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Act as the key IT liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology/application teams.

Support and represent technology requirements across business and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Manage vendor relationships, including procurement support, contract input, and escalation handling.

Oversee ICT asset repository governance, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and effective decision-making.

Contribute to ICT risk management, including incident management, disaster recovery, and security controls.

Support integration and optimisation of in-house and vendor applications.

About You

7+ years’ experience in ICT, technology operations, asset management, or a related discipline.

Strong experience managing ICT assets and/or application portfolios in a regulated environment.

Background in financial services, ideally capital markets/investmentsExposure to development technologies such as Java, Python, or AWS.Strong understanding of technology governance, ICT risk, and operational controls.

Experience working across vendor ecosystems and managing third-party relationships.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Interest in innovation, including AI-enabled solutions and technology transformation.
