Key Responsibilities

Drive customer service initiatives to boost revenue; identify and convert leads; act as key client contact; build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.

• Identify market opportunities, trends, and new segments; develop sales channels and partnerships; collaborate with marketing on campaigns; align sales plans with business goals.
• Provide leadership, set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct reviews; train and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture.
• Manage end-to-end booking, shipment, and delivery; coordinate with internal teams; monitor shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely execution.
• Address customer complaints, resolve discrepancies, identify root causes, implement preventive measures, and proactively update clients on shipment status.
• Ensure complete and accurate shipment documentation; stay updated with shipping regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
• Track customer interactions and feedback; prepare reports and KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualification

• 7-10years of experience in the Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping Agency industry
• Hands-on experience in carrier operations and customer coordination
• Strong knowledge of commercial operations within the logistics sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
