Growth Marketing Manager

About KindoKindo is a New Zealand SaaS platform that connects over 400,000 families with 800 schools nationwide, simplifying everyday school administration at real scale. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Head of Marketing, playing a pivotal role in building and delivering the marketing strategy behind our growth objectives.

About the role

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to design and build the marketing engine and systems that scale with the business. Your role is to connect feedback from the field, customer insights, and technology to unlock growth across Kindo's lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves identifying and testing new growth opportunities across our growing base of schools and caregivers. You will be a self-starter who thrives on building new processes and improving the return on our marketing investment.

You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Design teams, along with freelancers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across both the Kindo and Ezlunch products.
• Own Kindo's website and online presence, including case studies, product pages, and school and parent resources.
• Partner with BDMs and Customer Success to design and deliver timely campaigns to support acquisition and expansion targets.
• Set up and optimise lifecycle communications across email and app to improve caregiver activation and product engagement.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across affiliate and partner channels.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across both ABM and B2C marketing initiatives.
• Skills and expertise5+ years in a growth marketing or equivalent role, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or fintech.
• Proven strength creating, implementing, and managing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.A strong ability to synthesise data, then identify and execute on new growth opportunities.
• Strong experience with marketing technology platforms and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM tools to build, segment, and optimise lifecycle and nurture journeys.
• Actively using AI tools to work smarter and scale your output, with a curiosity for new tools and better ways of working.A track record of innovation and experimentation, with clear examples of building scalable systems and campaigns.
