Role Overview

This is a senior, blended “player‑coach” role responsible for driving operational excellence, transformation, and scalable HR service delivery across the APAC region, while directly leading and developing a team of HR associates.

The role combines hands‑on ownership of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle execution with regional leadership accountability for service quality, technology enablement, and continuous improvement. It sits at the intersection of People Operations, HR Business Partner enablement, and transformation, with scope spanning core delivery, complex programs, and cross‑functional change.

Reporting jointly into the APAC HR Business Partner SVP and Global Head of People Operations, this leader operates comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels setting direction, managing performance through KPIs and success metrics, and rolling up sleeves to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Employee Lifecycle Ownership
Own regional execution of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, contingent worker operations, and related Workday transactions.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, governance, and compliance across all lifecycle processes, applying regional regulatory and business context as required.
Oversee case management, escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and root causes are addressed.

Required

Skills & Capabilities Significant experience in People Operations, HR service delivery, HR generalist, or HRBP enablement roles, with regional or global scope.

Demonstrated experience leading teams and acting as a player‑coach.

Strong technical capability across HR systems and platforms (Workday, ServiceNow experience strongly preferred).

Proven experience leading transformation, automation, or large‑scale process change initiatives.

Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle operations across the APAC region.

Highly analytical mindset, with experience defining and managing KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.

Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels in a complex, fast‑moving environment.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels and geographies.
