Strategy and Operations Internship

Ultrassure is building the AI platform for the global commercial insurance and reinsurance industry. Our technology helps insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, and investment managers analyze complex contracts, submissions, policies, and risk data with greater speed and accuracy.

We are growing ARR at a triple-digit rate month over month and preparing to raise our seed round. We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Intern to work directly with our CEO and CTO as we scale the business toward Series A.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants firsthand exposure to building an early-stage technology company, serving enterprise clients, and navigating a period of rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support enterprise client onboarding, implementation, training, and account management
• Gather client feedback and translate it into clear product requirements
• Test new features, identify issues, and improve the user experience
• Prepare operating analyses, company metrics, presentations, and investor materials
• Support accounting, invoicing, expense management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate security, compliance, insurance, legal, and vendor-management initiatives
• Research prospective clients, partners, competitors, and new markets
• Improve internal processes and build systems that help the company scale
• Support hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and other CEO- and CTO-level priorities
• Own special projects from initial research through execution

Who You Are

• An undergraduate student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to learn quickly
• A strong written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, data, and new technology
• Resourceful and willing to take ownership without waiting for detailed instructions
• Interested in startups, AI, insurance, finance, consulting, or enterprise software
• Able to work in person in Toronto

Experience in insurance or technology is helpful but not required. We care more about judgment, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to execute.
