Sales Manager, Asia (m/f/d)

Work Location: Asia (remote) · Full-time · Permanent · International travel required Hopsteiner/Simon H. Steiner was founded in 1845 and is today one of the world’s leading trading companies, with its own hop farms, hop breeding program, and processing facilities. Our goal is to continuously develop and optimize the science and technology of hop cultivation, processing, and distribution.

To further expand our business in Asia—one of the world’s fastest-growing beer markets—we are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager Asia (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• As Sales Manager Asia, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in defined Asian markets and with key customers, with a focus on South and Southeast Asia.–  In this role, you will develop comprehensive sales strategies, identify sales opportunities, and ensure their seamless integration into the overall plan.–  Acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and local and international trade partnerships.–  Market monitoring and competitive analysis to identify specific sales initiatives.–  Participation in trade shows and events to present our products and services in Asia.–  You will manage clients, contacts, and sales opportunities in a structured manner within our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Your Profile
• Several years of B2B sales experience in the brewing or beverage industry or its supply chain; an understanding of brewing technology is a definite advantage.
• A college degree (in brewing, beverage technology, or business administration) or a comparable qualification.
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are welcome.
• Ideally, experience in Asian markets or working with international business partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently; you will be traveling regularly in the region, sometimes for several weeks at a time.
• An independent, results-oriented work style and strong intercultural competence.
