We're currently looking for a Retail Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence across Dublin.

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Cosentino's market presence and building long-term partnerships across your territory.

You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating demand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with a wide range of industry professionals, including:

Kitchen & Bath retailersFabricatorsInterior designersHome improvement professionalsBuilders and contractorsKey Responsibilities🚀 Drive Sales GrowthManage and grow sales within your assigned territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.

Present and promote Cosentino's products and value proposition to key stakeholders.

Generate demand through strategic engagement with customers and industry partners.🤝 Build Strong Customer RelationshipsAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and profitable partnership.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business goals.

Deliver outstanding customer service by managing quotations, sales follow-up, CRM data, and regular customer visits.

Ensure customers have access to the right marketing tools, samples, displays, and promotional materials.📈 Develop Market Insights & Business StrategyCreate action plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize territory performance.

Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments.

Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Sales Team, Cosentino Centers, and Corporate teams to execute regional business strategies.

Increase brand visibility through showroom displays and point-of-sale initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience4+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or field merchandising.
Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving commercial growth.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across commercial projects.
Industry Knowledge
Experience within the stone, surfaces, building materials, kitchen & bath, interior design, or related industries is highly valued.

Knowledge of fabrication, distribution, or retail channels is a strong advantage.

Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.

EducationHigh School Diploma / GED required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
