Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to drive user adoption, training delivery and change activities for Microsoft 365 (Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot) across the bank. Support the embedding of governance, security and compliance‑aware behaviours into everyday working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Adoption, Engagement & Training:
- Develop and maintain adoption metrics and simple dashboards (usage, feature uptake, champion activity, training completion), providing regular progress updates to programme leads.
- Design and deliver role‑specific and persona‑based training including awareness sessions, hands‑on workshops, webinars and self‑paced learning modules.
- Maintain a comprehensive set of training materials and job aids tailored to business functions.
- Conduct readiness assessments, user segmentation and persona mapping, identifying priority use cases aligned to business outcomes (productivity, collaboration, Copilot readiness).
- Rollout and Campaign Management:
- Support a structured adoption campaign from pilot through phased rollout and into a 12‑month post‑launch adoption cycle.
- Coordinate refresher sessions, champion engagement activities, hypercare, and virtual/physical office hours.
- Build and sustain a champion/super‑user network to scale capability and reduce reliance on external partners.
- Operational Support & Governance
- Provide light‑touch support to tenant and user administration in collaboration with IT and managed service partners (e.g., user setup, licence validation, triaging adoption‑related incidents).
- Promote good governance, data security and compliance‑aware behaviours, escalating privacy or regulatory concerns when appropriate.

Skills
- Core
- Learning delivery & facilitation: Able to develop and deliver short, practical workshops, webinars and hands‑on sessions.
- Organisational change fundamentals: Understanding of phased rollouts, champion networks, communications planning and post‑launch adoption cycles.
- Digital literacy (Microsoft 365): Confident and proficient user of Office apps, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, with working knowledge of Copilot concepts and practical prompt‑based use cases.
- Stakeholder engagement: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and the ability to work effectively across business units and with compliance/risk partners.
- Governance & security awareness: Familiarity with data residency requirements, sensitive data handling, and when to escalate compliance/privacy issues.
- Desirable
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 tenant administration (licensing, monitoring, configuration concepts).
- Exposure to automation or low‑code solutions (Power Platform) to support more advanced adoption scenarios.
- Success Measures
- Training delivery metrics: Volume of sessions delivered, completion rates, and learner satisfaction scores.
- Adoption outcomes: Active user growth for key Microsoft 365 features, Copilot uptake within supported cohorts, and champion network engagement.
- Compliance alignment: Correct handling of escalations and evidence that business units adhere to data handling and governance guidance during pilots and rollout.
