The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers to support commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role combines office and field work, giving you exposure to every phase of the project lifecycle while developing the technical and leadership skills needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing bids, estimates, budgets, and project schedules
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Visit job sites to monitor project progress, quality, and safety
• Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, purchase orders, RFIs, and change orders
• Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
• Learn from experienced professionals while taking on increasing responsibility as your career grows

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Internship or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read blueprints or a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Bluebeam, Building
• Connected, or QuickBooks is a plus)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
