Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Product OwnerLocation: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)Contract: Initial 12-month contract with potential extensions up to 3 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Product Owner to join a large-scale technology transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have strong Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience, with AMLA experience preferred.

In this role, you will drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful planning, execution, and governance of complex technology initiatives. You'll play a key role in fostering Agile best practices, managing delivery risks and dependencies, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote Agile ways of working across delivery teams.
• Support the planning, mobilisation, and successful execution of technology delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Drive effective communication and coordination across multiple teams within a complex programme environment.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure delivery governance standards and programme reporting requirements are met.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Lead within large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Strong background delivering complex technology change initiatives using Agile methodologies.

Experience working with AML programmes, with AMLA experience highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to manage RAID logs, delivery dependencies, and programme risks.

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience working across multiple business and technology teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
