Position Summary

Our client is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst / Web Developer to support enterprise business applications and web platforms. This hybrid role combines business analysis, application support, and hands-on WordPress development to improve business processes, enhance enterprise systems, and support digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver technical solutions across Salesforce, ERP systems, WordPress, databases, and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process and system improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
• Build and support web solutions using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and MySQL.
• Troubleshoot application, website, database, and production issues.
• Create and execute UAT plans, validate solutions, and support production releases.
• Support Git repositories, Azure DevOps pipelines, and release management activities.
• Assist with website migrations, deployment processes, and Linux/Apache/IIS environments.
• Support Salesforce initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Web Developer, Application Support Analyst, or similar hybrid role.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and production support.
• Hands-on WordPress development experience, including themes, plugins, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, IIS, Apache, and Linux.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Enterprise Architect, or MS Access.
• Experience supporting website migrations, deployment automation, and release management.
