Senior Business Analyst

Urgent Hiring | Senior Business Analyst | Hybrid – Rocky Mount, NC | Full-Time W2 | $70K–$75Kaccel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team supporting a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. This is a full-time W2 opportunity with accel bi corporation, offering a gross annual salary of $70,000–$75,000, inclusive of applicable benefits.

• Location: Hybrid
• Rocky Mount, NC (3 days onsite per week)
• First Day: Onsite to collect equipment
• Local Candidates: Must currently reside in North Carolina

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Create clear, testable, and well-structured functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end business analysis across workflows, systems, and data.
• Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, data teams, training, and implementation teams.
• Support Agile product delivery, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
• Assist with testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and requirements traceability.
• Develop process flows and business documentation.
• Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Experience creating user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience performing end-to-end analysis across business processes, systems, and data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Product-driven delivery environments.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Microsoft Project.
• Feature refinement and backlog readiness.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Development, Testing, Data, OCM, and Implementation teams.UAT planning and testing support.

Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Product certifications are a plus.
