As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base while strengthening relationships with existing Property Management, Restaurant, and Industrial clients.

This position combines customer service, sales, marketing, and account management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Property Management, Restaurant, and Industrial customers.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media campaigns.
• Execute solution-based marketing initiatives using Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and direct customer outreach.
• Analyze campaign performance and complete follow-up analytics.
• Prepare customer quotations and provide technical product support.
• Process and manage incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales and business development goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with confidence making outbound phone calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact is beneficial.
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

• Starting Pay: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour

Performance & Bonus Program

Your first four (4) weeks will serve as an onboarding and evaluation period. During this time, you'll receive training while demonstrating consistent improvement in your knowledge, productivity, and customer engagement.

At the end of the four-week period, you'll meet with your manager to review your performance against established metrics. Team members who meet or exceed expectations will become eligible for our monthly performance bonus program, providing the opportunity to earn additional income based on individual results and contributions.
