IT Technical Services Team Leader

As part of our growth agenda, we are looking for an experienced IT Technical Services Team Leader to join our IT team based at our head office in Condell Park, Sydney.

Reporting to the IT Manager – APAC, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of IT Technical Services across the APAC region, ensuring reliable, secure and customer-focused technology support for both onsite and remote employees. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, service delivery excellence and technical expertise.

We are looking for someone with strong experience leading technical support or service delivery teams, who can balance operational priorities, manage complex technical escalations and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

You will lead a team of IT professionals while working closely with managed service providers, vendors and internal customers to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

With extensive experience across modern workplace technologies, you will provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, networking and infrastructure services. You will also have a passion for improving processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and developing a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.

Ideally, you will have a strong background in IT operations, technical services or infrastructure support, with demonstrated experience leading teams, managing service performance and delivering outcomes in a complex business environment.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong technical capability and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
