Sales Manager – Door-to-Door

KSG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our TelMAX door-to-door sales program across the Greater Toronto Area.

We're looking for a proven sales leader who can take ownership, lead with minimal supervision, and deliver results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and leads by example.

What You'll Bring

• Proven direct door-to-door sales experience
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing sales representatives
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Strong professional references
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the TelMAX door-to-door sales team across the GTA
• Own the day-to-day operation with minimal oversight
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales representatives
• Conduct sales meetings and field coaching
• Lead by example by knocking doors and closing sales alongside your team
• Drive team performance, accountability, and territory results
• Build a high-performance sales culture

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57,000 annually
• Uncapped commission with performance-based earning potential
