Sales Executive

Senior Inside Sales Executive (RK92)Our client is a leading organisation within the energy sector, currently experiencing significant growth and offering excellent opportunities for ambitious sales professionals. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their Cork-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing salesperson with strong leadership potential who is looking to progress into a Sales Manager role within 24 months. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while developing the skills and experience required to step into management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline from lead generation through to close.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support and mentor team members as required.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working within a high-volume, target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and an ambition to progress into management.
• Previous coaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience would be advantageous.
