Interim Program Manager – Early Psychosis Intervention (Full-time Contract - 3 Months)
The Role and Opportunity
The Manager co-ordinates the day-to-day activities of the program, ensures effective team functioning, provides leadership, and works in partnership with other programs of Canadian Mental Health Association–Toronto Branch (CMHA) and with community stakeholders.
The Manager ensures that the program operates in keeping with the mission, strategic directions, policies, and client-centred focus of CMHA Toronto, and in accordance with funder requirements.
The role also provides oversight of program operations, staff supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and community partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services and positive outcomes for clients and their families.
Salary: $78,238 - $85,718
Hours of Work: 35 per week
