We're seeking a Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager to support a leading banking client's Application Security organization. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role—we're looking for someone who combines Agile leadership with Project Management and Service Delivery expertise, ideally supporting Cloud Security, Application Security, or Vulnerability Management initiatives.

Note: Financial or banking industry experience is NOT required. Candidates with experience delivering Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Security initiatives are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Agile delivery across multiple Application Security initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and business stakeholders to manage backlogs, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of security initiatives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• Support Agile adoption while also providing strong delivery governance and execution.

Required Skills

• Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments
• Project Management and/or Service Delivery Management experience
• Application Security, Cloud Security, or Vulnerability Management project experience
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Jira and Agile reporting tools
• Risk and dependency management
• Stakeholder management and executive communication
• Strong facilitation, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification
• Experience with Application Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Vulnerability Management
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with Service Delivery best practices and technology delivery governance
