You AreWe are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Software Development Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and enterprise applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data models. Support deployment activities and production issue resolution. Project Coordination Coordinate software development activities across development, QA, product, and business teams. Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and progress reports. Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans. Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in software development with exposure to project coordination. Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or .NET. Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle). Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
$75,000-$113,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
