Job Summary

Project/Program Manager IT 5 (Agile Coach Cat Digital DevOps) Role: Agile Coach & Program Manager for Cat Digital DevOps at Caterpillar Type: 12-Month Contract, Hybrid (Peoria, IL / Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX) Interview: 2 rounds (MS Teams panel, then in-person panel if needed)###

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile (Scrum, Kanban) ceremonies across multiple global engineering teams Coach teams and leadership on Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices Drive self-organization, accountability, and delivery excellence Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and maximize value Identify and remove delivery impediments Enable data-driven continuous improvement using Agile metrics Support portfolio-level Agile planning and execution Foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, Risk)###

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (10+ years) or Master's (8+ years) in relevant field 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Agile environments Experience coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating ceremonies, and driving Lean Agile adoption Proven cross-functional/global team leadership and stakeholder management Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills###

Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Agile coaching & delivery Program management in DevOps/Cloud environments Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement Cross-functional team leadership### Preferred Industry Experience Experience with large manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations Prior work with companies such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Boeing, GM, Ford, Tesla, Cummins, Honeywell, GE, Raytheon, or similar### Soft Skills Excellent facilitation and communication Influencing without authority Conflict resolution Leadership and collaboration Data-driven decision-making###

Candidate Profile
