Salary: $81,201-$120,981 DOE

Position Overview

The Business Analyst, Strategic Growth oversees the day-to-day operations of expansion strategy for the health center. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing a pipeline of potential acquisitions and partnerships, including private medical and dental practices, financially distressed FQHCs, and other healthcare organizations aligned with the client’s mission.

This is an early-career, high-growth opportunity offering direct mentorship from the Chief Financial Officer and exposure to the full acquisition lifecycle from market sourcing through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. This role is fully onsite and requires regular in-person attendance at Health locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, healthcare administration, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; financial modeling experience is preferred.
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Strong interest in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and strategic business growth.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential healthcare acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of medical practices, dental groups, FQHCs, and other healthcare organizations.
• Analyze healthcare market trends, financial data, and industry trends.
• Conduct outreach and coordinate meetings with prospective partners.
• Assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support due diligence by reviewing financial, operational, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the acquisition process.
• Track project milestones and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
