DevOps Engineer

Your teamThe Pictet Tech division specializes in designing and integrating cutting-edge software applications, including advanced portfolio management systems, sophisticated trading platforms and comprehensive banking and corporate solutions.

As a key contributor to the Group’s strategic advancements, the Pictet Tech division plays a vital role in driving transformative innovations that enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The Datacentre Infrastructure unit provides and maintains storage and virtualization platforms for on-premises applications across the Group, including file, object, archiving and backup services.

Your role

Design, build, operate and continuously improve storage infrastructure platformsKeep infrastructure secure, up to date and online.

Develop internal tooling and processes that improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Promote infrastructure software development practices and DevOps.

Teach, mentor, grow and advise other domain experts and teams in the organization.

Participate in on-call duties in rotation with other team members.

Your profileEngineering or university degree.

Significant knowledge of architecture topics such as integration, security and storage technologies (Kubernetes, Cinder, Commvault, Everpure).

Experience with infrastructure management tools (monitoring and observability, logging, configuration management).

Software craftsmanship practices, programming and scripting languages is a plus (Python, Java, Go, bash, PowerShell).

Deeply curious, ready to help, always learning new skills and technologies.

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Focuses on proactive strategies to prevent issues before they occur.

Fluent in French and English.

Must be resident in Switzerland.
