Our recent acquisition of the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) marks a significant milestone in our global expansion strategy. This license authorizes us to conduct account issuance, domestic and cross-border money transfer, merchant acquisition, and e-money issuance in Singapore.

We are committed to providing a one-stop "Collect, Pay, Remit, Manage" platform, supported by a multi-jurisdictional license matrix across mainland China, Hong Kong, the US, the UAE, and Singapore. As we expand our Singapore office and build a localized team, we are looking for talented professionals to join us in bridging digital trade between China, Southeast Asia, and the rest of the world.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our merchant acquisition and industry solution initiatives for the Singapore market. You will focus on building deep partnerships with clients in key verticals such as F&B, unmanned retail, and cross-border e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Client Focus: Identify and target key industries (F&B, unmanned retail, cross-border e-commerce, etc.) to drive the integration of our acquiring products with leading clients.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market size, growth trends, regulatory environments, and client pain points within targeted verticals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct client interviews, competitor analysis, and industry research to extract core needs and propose compelling, value-driven solutions.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Drive the marketing and business development of industry clients, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience, including at least 1 year in overseas payment or fintech client development.
• Client Network: Proven ability to engage with key decision-makers and a track record of expanding client networks.
• Strategic Analysis: Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into tangible business value for clients.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with product, risk, operations, and other internal teams.
• Language: Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Mandarin is a strong plus.
