• Position: Business Development & Marketing Manager
• Well-established Singapore Façade and Curtain Wall Engineering MNC
• 5.5 Days Work Week Alternate Saturday
• Flexible Start Work Timing (8am / 8:30am / 9am)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500
• Entitled to Transport / Car Allowance Up to $600 Monthly
• Entitled to Mobile Allowance of $50 Monthly
• Entitled to Variable Performance Bonuses

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products, services, and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Analyse competitor activities and market data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Generate sales opportunities and secure approximately 1–2 projects annually for the company.
• Follow up with customers, prepare quotations, and manage the complete sales process.
• Participate in tender submissions, including tender interviews and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and media partners.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets.
• Track, measure, and analyse campaign and sales performance against targets and budgets.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance.
• Maintain updated customer databases and CRM records.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within the construction, interior design or related industries.
• Ability to develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
