About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager, Offline Growth to own Longbridge's offline user acquisition strategy in Singapore, from roadshows and mall pop-ups to university activations. You'll treat every physical touchpoint like a growth funnel, optimizing for conversion, and lead a field team that brings Longbridge's premium brand to life on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Physical Footprint: Design and execute the annual offline roadmap, identifying high-intent locations (CBD roadshows, mall pop-ups, university activations) to hit aggressive New-to-Broker (NTB) targets.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of offline activations, from site scouting and permit negotiation to booth design, logistics, and real-time lead generation.
• Offline Funnel Optimization: Treat physical spaces like a digital landing page. Continuously A/B test booth layouts, pitch scripts, and QR code incentives to increase conversion from foot traffic to funded accounts.
• Vendor and Asset Management: Source and manage premium vendors for booth fabrication, logistics, and F&B. Maintain marketing asset inventory and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Field Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of brand ambassadors and part-time staff. Build playbooks for field execution, drive daily and weekly KPIs (registrations, funded accounts, activation metrics), and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with the Digital Growth team on O2O (Offline-to-Online) loops, and work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure all field activities meet MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) guidelines.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value) of offline cohorts, justifying budget spend through rigorous attribution analysis.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, insurance or banking
• Proven track record independently leading offline user acquisition projects (street activations, corporate roadshows, mall pop-ups)
• Ability to build scalable processes amid ambiguity; experience managing vendors and contractors and cross-departmental collaboration (Marketing, Legal, Product)
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in macro-level planning and orchestration
• Thrives in fast-paced, multicultural settings; comfortable working on-site in retail and event environments
