Role Description

The National Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, ON, with flexibility for work from home. This role oversees national sales operations, develops and executes sales strategies, and manages key customer accounts to drive revenue growth in logistics and transportation services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with dispatch and operations teams, and monitoring performance against sales targets. The National Sales Manager will lead and coach the sales team, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

This role also involves identifying market opportunities, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring all sales activities align with Sky High Express’s service standards and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Account Management skills, including experience developing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Budgeting skills to create sales plans, manage forecasts, and optimize profitability.
• Candidates should possess Team Management skills, with experience leading, motivating, and developing sales professionals.
• Candidates should possess solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Candidates should possess proven experience in B2B logistics, transportation, or supply chain services, preferably in a national or regional sales leadership role.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work in a hybrid environment in London, ON, with occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
• Prefer someone with solid book of business for dry and Flatbed capacity.
