Job Description

Customer Facing role throughout the day – addressing resident concerns, providing community-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.

Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.

Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.

Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups through the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer-facing roles within 5-star hotels (preferred), mixed-use properties such as co-working spaces, or commercial environments including malls.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable), ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear English communication skills required, with Arabic language proficiency preferred, along with a professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
