We're partnering with a growing construction company in the DFW Area that's investing heavily in complex, business-critical initiatives. They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, can influence stakeholders at every level, and enjoys leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You'll be joining a contractor with a strong portfolio of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, storage tanks, dams, pipelines, and other major municipal infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to lead technically challenging projects that make a lasting impact on local communities.

Do you proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track before issues become problems?

Can you manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, governance, and executive reporting while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams?

You'll also be responsible for:

• Leading enterprise projects through the full project lifecycle
• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Risk, issue, and change management
• Executive stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Vendor and contract management
• Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
• Governance, compliance, and project documentation
• Driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence
• Does this sound like you?8–15+ years of project management experience
• Proven success leading large, complex projects or programs
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
