Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium to large‑scale IT projects.
• Drive execution by coordinating multiple internal teams (IT, Finance, Business, Architecture, Security, Operations) and external partners/vendors
• Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance standards across all initiatives.

Financial & Vendor Management

• Own project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis and working with Finance team
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, scope alignment, performance tracking, financial governance, and issue resolution.
• Ensure effective utilization of internal and external resources while maintaining financial discipline and transparency.
• Should have experience in managing the Projects in the tool like JIRA / ITPPM etc.,

Leadership, Decision‑Making & Governance

• Act as a decision‑maker and delivery leader, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Bring the right stakeholders to the right forum to enable timely decisions, escalations, and resolution of complex issues.
• Lead governance forums, project reviews, and steering discussions with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.

Problem Solving & Risk Management

• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, independently analyzing complex situations, evaluating options, and driving practical, outcome‑focused solutions.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues with clear recommendations and action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and best practices across projects and teams.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor IT project managers and specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support for professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and execution‑focused culture across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in IT project management, providing thought leadership and best practices to stakeholders.
