Required Skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables
• Self-motivated, team-oriented attitude, and open to feedback for personal growth
• 2-4 years of relevant business experience, including strategic planning, report management, and deadline adherence
• Familiarity with corporate standards for documentation and project tracking

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in corporate office environments with project management components
• Ability to develop professional presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Basic knowledge of data management and pivot table use in Excel

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a corporate setting involving project coordination and communication tasks

• Candidates must complete Word, Excel, and PowerPoint testing and submit writing samples for evaluation.
• This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with onsite presence three days per week at the designated location.
