Project Manager

Project Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

Lead direct reports and coordinate their projects, including preparation for steering committee meetings and other management updates.

Manage stakeholder engagement across business, technology, safety and security, and travel functions at a strategic level.

Oversee the project portfolio pipeline and resource planning, including quarterly discussions with CFIT.Review incoming project requests, challenge proposals where needed, and support the development of robust business cases.

Run your own projects where required, such as benefit realisation assessments and related management recommendations.

Support wider project management activities and contribute to service management leadership discussions and departmental initiatives.

Your experience/knowledge:

Several years of project management experience, ideally 5-7 years in a similar environment.

Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management skills and a solid service delivery mindset.

Experience in preparing structured, management-level presentations and synthesised recommendations.

Professional certification such as PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA is highly desirable.
