Rather than managing high-volume chaos, you work in a climate controlled facility and focus on flawless execution, strict compliance, and high-touch customer service for critical orders.

The Role

As our Fulfillment Manager, you will have true end-to-end ownership of our operations. You will directly manage, coach, and support a dedicated team of five (two Customer Service Representatives and three Distribution Associates).

On a strategic level, you will optimize our warehouse layout, streamline product flow, and oversee the entire process from receipt to shipping. You will also take charge of inventory management—partnering with sales on forecasting, approving supplier purchase orders, minimizing product expiration, and negotiating rates with freight forwarders.

What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a hands-on leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, alongside proven experience managing and developing personnel.

You should bring strong analytical skills, a solid working knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems, and a passion for customer service. Because of the specialized nature of the business, previous experience shipping medical/laboratory equipment, knowledge of FDA regulations, or a CPIM certification will make you stand out.

Compensation
