Technical Scrum Master

Dallas, TX- Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise Data Migration, Data Management, and Data Warehouse initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of modern data platforms, ETL processes, cloud-based data ecosystems, and Agile delivery practices.

In addition to facilitating Scrum ceremonies, the candidate will also be responsible for project planning, delivery management, stakeholder communication, risk management, resource coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, ETL Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and executive stakeholders to drive successful delivery of complex data transformation programs.

Additional Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, sprint roadmaps, release schedules, and project documentation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project health using KPIs, sprint metrics, burndown charts, and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve project impediments, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead release planning, production deployments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive Agile best practices while ensuring alignment with overall project management and business objectives.
• Provide regular executive status updates, project reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensure successful execution of Data Migration, Data Warehouse modernization, and Data Management initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and governance standards
