Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular job site visits and project meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.
• Track project costs and prepare regular status updates for leadership and clients.
• Resolve project challenges while maintaining positive client and team relationships.
• Ensure successful project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and final turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or similar project types).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.PMP, CCM, LEED, or other industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting project delivery methods.
