As a Product Manager, you will manage the related products and services within the Communications & Data Exchange Business Unit for the global Air Transport Industry (ATI).

Reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of the Team of Solution Engineers and Product Managers responsible for bringing to customers the latest innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will (1) achieve the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the managed products, (2) shape the product strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the products in line with the SITA strategic plans and (3) manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and understand global market trends and customer needs.
• Lead product discovery to identify customer problems and opportunities related to LAN/WLAN, Cybersecurity, and AIOPs Observability while relying on AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation
• Define and clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with portfolio and business objectives
• Translate requirements and customer business needs into clear, prioritized product roadmaps
• Produce and manage product documentation to provide a clear view for related products to internal and external teams
• Work closely with Product Creation Project Manager and technical teams to drive agile delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performance products and services
• Build business cases and value propositions, including leveraging large‑scale operational datasets to generate actionable insights and differentiated customer value
• Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to shape go‑to‑market narratives, positioning, and messaging for data and platform capabilities
• Support sales and bid teams during government and enterprise tenders, acting as a subject‑matter expert in LAN/WLAN, Cybersecurity, and AIOPs Observability, and compliance‑driven solutions
• Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from conception to retirement.
• Engage with a global network of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring real‑world feedback informs continuous product improvement

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

R SKILLS5+ years of experience in LAN/WLAN, Cybersecurity, AIOps observability B2B product management (pre-sales experience is a plus).4+ years of experience as Product Manager.

Experience with platform products, observability, automation, AIOps, or operational intelligence solutions is highly desirable.

Prior experience in Telecom Industry, or Air Transport Industry technology Ability to think strategically and shape long-term product roadmaps, while confidently engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment on vision and priorities Strong knowledge of networking technologies and IT trendsGood knowledge of Product Management Stage-Gate or other product development methodologyA track record of delivering results in Product Management in a global business environment and within a technology solution-based business.

• Good financial acumen & knowledge
• Understanding the latest trends and innovations within the airline/airport industry and relevant technology areas is a plus
• Capability of leading and influencing virtual teams within a global and international environment
• Capability of presenting clear ideas and seeking stakeholders' buy-in across different functions in the company
