We’re looking for a Manager, Technical Product Management to drive the delivery of next-generation platform capabilities, working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and global stakeholders to bring innovative solutions from concept to commercialization.

This is an opportunity to own complex technical initiatives, shape product roadmaps, and play a key role in delivering highly scalable, customer-focused products in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end delivery of technical product initiatives from requirements through to release.

Define and elaborate epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture to design scalable technical solutions.

Prioritise and manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and feature delivery.

Lead solution design discussions and ensure products meet scalability, performance, and reliability goals.

Produce high-quality technical documentation including sequence diagrams, API documentation, and product guides.

Coordinate delivery plans across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.

Drive backlog grooming, feature sizing, defect resolution, and release readiness.

Provide technical expertise during product implementation and support activities.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, product capabilities, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar technical delivery role.
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and modern software development methodologies.
Experience with enterprise application integration and middleware solutions.
Knowledge of ISO 20022 and/or ISO 8583 messaging standards.
Experience working across full-stack applications, from front-end through backend services and data platforms.
Exposure to enterprise-scale payment platforms or high-volume transaction processing environments.
Proven experience writing detailed epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience planning, tracking, and delivering complex technical projects.
Ability to understand system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, and application dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
