Mandatory Skills : Data Analysis, Capital Markets (incl. Derivatives)
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Capital Markets and Data Analysis to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
Utilize expertise in Capital Markets including derivatives to analyze financial data and market trends Perform comprehensive data analysis to support capital markets operations and business strategies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights Apply data analysis techniques to identify risks and opportunities within capital markets Ensure compliance with industry regulations and support risk mitigation initiatives Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders Support the implementation of datadriven solutions to optimize capital markets processes Stay updated with industry developments and emerging trends in capital markets and data analysis
Lead detailed analysis of capital markets data to identify improvement opportunities and business impacts Partner with technology and business units to align analytics efforts with organizational goals Serve as a subject matter expert on capital markets data analysis mentoring junior team members Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and translate them into clear business insights Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics within the capital markets domain Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations for senior leadership and project teams Participate actively in strategic planning to enhance capital markets business processes and solutions Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analysis and reporting activities.
