The CRM Business Analyst will support the Texas Education Agency (TEA) on the agency's CRM project and related system enhancement and rewrite initiatives. This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work to improve outcomes for Texas students.
The CRM Business Analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team, ensuring requirements flow accurately between stakeholders. This role is involved throughout the entire software development life cycle, from elicitation through post-implementation verification.
Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus shifts toward managing the requirements specification and verifying fulfillment of all requirements, including enhancements post-implementation.
Candidates must meet all minimum qualifications.
Location: William B. Travis State Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On Site and Telework.
